• Cloud-based licence activation and account management
• Four trading modes: Conservative, Aggressive, Skyrocket, and Prop Firm
• Live performance monitoring via publicly verified MyFXBook accounts
• Customer support, comprehensive setup guides, and documentation
• Software updates during the active licence term
• Free remote installation assistance via AnyDesk

All products sold by Golden Forex Scalping are exclusively digital in nature. No physical goods are produced, shipped, or returned. Upon successful payment confirmation, your product will be delivered electronically to your registered email address and will include:

• Golden Forex Scalping EA file (.ex5 for MetaTrader 5)
• Your unique cloud-validated licence key
• Comprehensive Setup Guide (PDF)
• Pre-optimised settings file for each trading mode
• Remote installation support via AnyDesk (where applicable)

Subject to full compliance with this Agreement, Golden Forex Scalping grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive licence to use the purchased EA on the number of MetaTrader 5 accounts permitted by your chosen licence tier:

All licence tiers include unlimited demo account usage (except Golden Starter).

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by Golden Forex Scalping.

By using Golden Forex Scalping EA, you fully acknowledge and agree that:

• No profits or returns are guaranteed under any circumstances
• Past performance is not indicative of future results — including all verified MyFXBook results
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and financial outcomes
• Market conditions, economic events, and broker-side issues can adversely affect EA performance
• The use of leverage may result in losses exceeding your initial deposit
• Golden Forex Scalping is a software product, not a financial adviser or regulated entity

Golden Forex Scalping EA is designed exclusively for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and trades the XAUUSD (Gold) instrument only.

Performance on unsupported brokers or platforms is not guaranteed and does not constitute grounds for a refund. Golden Forex Scalping does not accept liability for the conduct, policies, or performance of any third-party broker.

Due to the irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales are considered final once the EA file and licence key have been delivered. Please review our full Refund Policy.

• Refunds are only considered within 15 days of the purchase date
• Refunds apply only when the product is confirmed defective or non-functional
• Short-term trading dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund
• Sale or promotional licence purchases are non-refundable

• Provide accurate and truthful information during purchase and registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and licence key
• Monitor your trading activity on a regular basis
• Comply with all applicable laws and broker terms of service in your jurisdiction
• Use the EA only on the number of accounts permitted by your licence tier
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your licence key

You may not use Golden Forex Scalping EA or this Website for:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law
• Interfering with or disrupting our website, servers, or licence systems
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our software or systems
• Distributing, cracking, or sharing your licence key with others
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the EA in any way
• Presenting our software or results as your own product

Golden Forex Scalping offers customer and technical support via email and Telegram. Free remote installation assistance via AnyDesk is included with all licence purchases. Support covers installation, licence activation, and general EA usage. It does not include personalised trading advice, financial planning, or broker account management.

All content, branding, trademarks, software, algorithms, graphics, and documentation associated with Golden Forex Scalping are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited licence to use the EA only as described in Section 4. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any part of our software or website content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Forex Scalping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use our EA, website, or services.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the licence in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
