We believe in our product. Before requesting a refund, please read our full policy below — most issues can be resolved with our free support team.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Golden Forex Scalping EA is a digital software product delivered electronically. Due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are considered final once the EA file and licence key have been issued to you.
99% of refund requests we have received could have been resolved through proper setup and patient trading. Please contact our support team first — we offer free remote installation assistance and are happy to help you get the best results from your EA.

As a licence holder of Golden Forex Scalping EA, please understand the following before submitting any refund request:
📈 This is a Long-Term Professional Trading Tool
Golden Forex Scalping EA is engineered for sustained Gold (XAUUSD) market performance. A trading sample size of a few days — or even a single week — is not sufficient to evaluate the performance of a professional automated trading system.
All trading involves natural periods of drawdown. This is a normal and expected part of any strategy, including scalping. Do not judge results during a short observation window.

Digital Product Policy
Golden Forex Scalping EA is a digital product delivered to your registered email address upon payment confirmation. Delivery includes:
- EA file (.ex5 for MetaTrader 5)
- Cloud-validated unique licence key
- Comprehensive Setup Guide (PDF)
- Pre-optimised settings files for all trading modes
- Access to free remote installation support via AnyDesk
As the product cannot be physically returned, standard return conditions do not apply. Refunds are only considered when the product is confirmed to be defective or non-functional.
Refund Eligibility
Please review the conditions carefully before submitting a refund request:
- EA confirmed defective or non-functional
- Request submitted within 15 days of purchase
- EA not delivered within 48–72 working hours of purchase
- Valid proof of purchase provided
- Request submitted after 15 days
- Short-term trading dissatisfaction
- Issues caused by unsupported brokers or incorrect setup
- Natural market drawdown periods
- Promotional or discounted licence purchases
- Change of mind after purchase
By completing your purchase and accepting our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you agree to waive your right to a refund except under the specific eligible conditions stated above.
Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:
In the event of an unauthorised chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim, Golden Forex Scalping reserves the right to immediately deactivate all associated licences, permanently revoke access to all updates and community channels, and pursue legal remedies for damages resulting from breach of this Agreement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not yet received it, please follow these steps in order:
- Check your bank account or payment method again — the credit may already be there
- Contact your credit card company — posting can take several business days to appear
- Contact your bank directly — processing times can vary between institutions
- If you have completed all the above and still have not received your refund, email us at [email protected]
Recommended & Compatible Brokers
For optimal performance of Golden Forex Scalping EA on XAUUSD Gold, we recommend using brokers with tight Gold spreads (under 20 pips) and ECN or STP execution on MetaTrader 5.
Performance on unsupported or non-recommended brokers is not guaranteed and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Golden Forex Scalping EA works with any MT5 broker offering XAUUSD Gold trading. For prop firm challenges, use Prop Firm Mode to pass FTMO, The5ers, MyForexFunds, and similar platforms.
Sale & Promotional Licence Purchases
Only standard-priced licences are eligible for refund consideration under this policy. Licences purchased during promotional campaigns, limited-time discount events, or special offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
